ourWorld Changed Their Prices, Again?!

ourWorld has made a lot price changes!
Less Expensive:

More Expensive:

Marketplace Items:

Many items from the starlight, otto parts, bejeweled and enchantment stores have become less or more expensive.  Mr Mole’s mystery mart items have changed too.  And after looking at the marketplace, one might think the prices for items have not been this high since, like, ever.  Or perhaps ourWorld is raising prices to create a high demand for in-game items.
Let’s take the Adventure Time Mystery Box, for example, everyone wants one but not everyone can afford 70 gems.  When the price of an item increases, the demand and status for that item increases as well.  Let’s face it, if we could all afford it then we would all buy it.  No one wants an item that you can buy, in-store, for coins.  We want our gem items and the expensive ones too!
But I suppose, in order to have the latest trend, you have to spend gems and gems cost money.  And as you know, “A love of fashion makes the economy go round.”  And fashion is what ourWorld is all about.

10 Tips On Earning Coins Fast

Don’t have enough coins to buy that special item?  Boo-hoo, wah-wah, yes, I feel your sorrow.  And I’m here to help you, which is why I’ve typed up this post!  Here are some tips on how to earn coins fast:

Tip #1 – Prize Central
Spend flow in prize central: Bubbler, The Prize Wheel or The Daily Jackpot.  And if you’re low on flow then dance dance dance!  An easy way to earn flow is by dancing (our Dance Forever Cheat could be helpful).

Tip #2 –  Challenge Accepted
Do challenges for Zoe, Azia or other NPCs.  You’ll earn flow AND coins.

Tip #3 – Fashion Show Model
Enter into a fashion show!  If you’ve got style like me, then you’ll win without a doubt.  After you win, you’ll get some coins (hopefully ourWorld increases the payout).

Tip #4 – Burn Unused Items
Not literally burn. But sell items you no longer use.  You’ll get a ton of coins!

Tip #5 – Getupz Collectable Outfits
One of the coolest gameplay features in ourWorld is collecting items.  Collect all the items in Getupz and not only will you get a cool scarf, but you’ll get lots of coins too!

Tip #6 – Grow a Critter
Grow critters in your garden!  They’re kind of like vegetables, except we don’t eat them.  At least, that’s what Flo’s Diner keeps telling us.

Tip #7 – Poker Cabana or Critter Derby
The secret to winning at poker cabana is to never bet, unless you have a good hand.  Or you’re very lucky.  And if that may be the case, then you should bet your luck on some Critter Derby races.

Tip #8 – Crews and Coin Boxes
Join a crew with a high elevator.  You’ll get a coin box.  And if you’re in the Cereal Killers crew, you’ll get a spoon too.

*For Residents, Tip #9 - The Marketplace
Pawn items in the marketplace.  You can make millions from selling a rare item.  Only problem is, we don’t want to detach ourselves from our rare items </3

**For Wishful Thinkers, Tip #10 - Use the Coin Code
Oh. Wait. We no longer have it. Dang.

…And a very Special Tip From Skye Pie:
Tip #5ky3 – Big Time Coin Box
The Big Time Coin Box should NOT have been purchasable.  There was a bug in ourWorld and rather than submitting it, Skye Pie decided to leak it so anyone could buy it.  This was wrong and Skye apologizes on behalf of himself and ourGemCodes for leaking the item.  If you ever find a bug in ourWorld, it is best to report it.  Or else you end up facing the almighty wrath of mightiness.  And trust me, you don’t want to face that.
And remember to save your coins.  Saving coins is like saving people, in that, we’re saving both.

How To Get Banned From ourWorld

Let’s say you’re curious as to how, exactly, developer FlowPlay determines whether an online offense is grave enough to warrant a ban from their virtual world.  Or, let’s just say you’re young and reckless and don’t always follow the rules which can, then, result in very, very, very bad consequences.
To satisfy your potentially self-harming curiousity, here is exactly how FlowPlay deals with those who break the rules.  How they’re warned and what the various stages of punishment are, the works.
The complete guidelines have been publicly shared by FlowPlay, and focus on several things you can do that can result in a ban.  Below is not a complete list of rules, but are the rules we find most important and suggest you follow.

Impersonating – Any player demonstrating ‘game abuse’ in the form of  impersonating any person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including, without limitation, an ourWorld official, employee or representative…
( i ) First Offense: With proper verification, user chat is silenced for 24 hours.
(ii) Second Offense: With proper verification, user chat is silenced for 72 hours.
(iii) Third Offense: With proper verification, user chat is silenced indefinitely.

Stealing Screen Names – Any player demonstrating ‘game abuse’ in the form of collecting or harvesting screen names, collecting or storing personal data about other users, or solicit or attempt to discover a user’s password, screen name, or other registration information without the user’s express knowledge and consent.
( i ) First Offense: With proper verification, user is banned indefinitely.

Phishing Sites - Any player demonstrating ‘game abuse’ in the form of organizing cooperative groups to engage in or run raffles, lotteries, contests, sweepstakes, or chain letters or other pyramid schemes, in order to steal or control the marketplace.
Example: Someone makes a lottery website giving you free gems, but in order to enter, you must give them your username and password.
( i ) First Offense: With proper verification, user(s) are banned indefinitely.

Hacking – Any player demonstrating ‘game abuse’ in the form of modifying software with viruses, worms, or any other computer code or portions of code, programs, or files designed to interfere with, interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications or other equipment or to cause a security breach of such software, hardware, or other equipment.
( i ) First Offense: With proper verification, user is banned indefinitely.

Offensive Behavior – Any player demonstrating ‘game abuse’ in the form of any content, language or materials that are fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, profane, sexually explicit, indecent, threatening, abusive, violent, illegal, rude, harassing, or otherwise improper, or that violates any applicable domestic or international law, or government regulation (including, without limitation, those of any state, foreign country, securities exchange, the S.E.C., and the F.C.C.)
( i ) First Offense: With proper verification, user chat is silenced for 24 hours.
( ii ) Second Offense: With proper verification, user chat is silenced for 72 hours.
( iii ) Third Offense: With proper verification, user chat is silenced indefinitely.

Offensive Username – Any player demonstrating an offensive in-game gamer tag, to be decided as universally unacceptable to other players.
( i ) First Offense: With proper verification, user is silenced 24 hours.
( ii ) Second Offense: With proper verification, user is silenced 72 hours.
( iii ) Third Offense: With proper verification, user is silenced indefinitely.

So there you go.  All the stuff that can get you suspended, banned or even permanently banned, laid out nice and easy.  It’s a lot of words to basically say “play nice or else we won’t let you play at all”,  but that’s not legal enough for official documentation.
